Polyphenolics has developed a new product, "Rubired Grape Juice Extract," made from rubired grapes. This product has an anthocyanin content of 25% and total phenol content of 45% to 50%. It has a similar analysis to billberry extract except that it is made from grapes. This product could be used in conjunction with billberry in eye health formulas. Also, the product has the same active compounds as red grape juice and could be used to build a supplement product which would have the same health benefits as grape juice without the sugar. This product is a spray dried powder packed in a 10 kilogram box.
