Madera, CA - Polyphenolics, a division of Canandaigua Wine Company, Inc., has an exciting line up of beverage prototypes and ingredients.

The first beverage is a flavored water that contains grape seed extract and vitamin C and has less than 20 calories per 20 oz. serving. The second beverage is a 30% juice pink grapefruit juice cocktail that also contains grape seed extract and vitamin C. 20 ounces of the flavored water and 12 ounces of the 30% juice cocktail contain the same antioxidant capacity as two servings of fruit.

The flavored water is colored with our new NutraRed color and the 30% juice beverage is colored with our natural Carmine Substitute. Both contain the antioxidant MegaNatural Gold grape seed extract. MegaNatural Gold has gained wide acceptance in dietary supplements for its potent antioxidant properties as well as being synergistic with vitamins C and E. MegaNatural Gold grape seed extract will give double the antioxidant capacity when used in combination with either of these vitamins.
